I had been working overtime, and hadn’t spent much time in the gym, but after only a few sessions I’ve seen an obvious change in my body, and I could feel it. My muscles felt more defined. I don’t think this replaces physical exercise, but I think this would be a great add on for people who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym, or are getting frustrated not seeing results. Nurse Torres made me feel very comfortable, his office is clean and private. I’ll definitely be adding Accufit to my regular routine.
