I had been working overtime, and hadn’t spent much time in the gym, but after only a few sessions I’ve seen an obvious change in my body, and I could feel it. My muscles felt more defined. I don’t think this replaces physical exercise, but I think this would be a great add on for people who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym, or are getting frustrated not seeing results.
